Solred Platform
When introducing a new product or performing an update, questions and doubts naturally arise. This happened with Solred Cards. To address these concerns, we created a repository that offers training in various formats: from video tutorials to documentation. In addition, we aimed to keep users informed about the latest updates through a notification system, ensuring the entire team stays aligned.

A space with all the necessary information centralized
Our participation in this project was comprehensive. We not only developed the platform using our proprietary software, but also worked closely with the client to define structure, content, and video. Throughout the process, we prioritized the user navigation experience, breaking content into smaller pieces to avoid overwhelming them and adapting it for multi-device use (allowing users to complete training from anywhere using their phone). The result was a platform with always up-to-date training content.
