Once a year, the best private bankers from Santander gather together. This two-day meeting serves to present new developments, strategies, and results, but most importantly, it fosters a sense of belonging and teamwork.
From creating the creative concept to managing accommodations, including stage design and audiovisual production. Our involvement in the event was comprehensive so that the entire Santander team could enjoy their moment.

Santander is our home, because there’s no place like home. We want to share the city where we were born.
Our mission from the beginning was to make them feel welcome. In a setting designed as a living room, we tuned into the Sanflix channel. Through parodies of iconic programs, such as Undercover Boss, we made employees feel integrated. In the second part, we became even more participatory: through local activities, the managers shared more about their products. In addition, we had a dinner at the exclusive casino, team-building activities, cocktails, and much more. An unforgettable experience for all attendees, who now know they will always have a second home in Santander.
