Cooking Talent P&O
This unique day, carried out by the P&O department of Repsol, aimed to creatively unite employees. In search of an innovative concept, we jumped into the kitchen to remember that every team member is an essential ingredient. This hybrid event sought employee participation in different formats: a virtual cooking class and a meeting at Campus Repsol with department promoters and a very special speaker, Alberto Chicote.

Cooking Talent: a gathering where we sat at the table to review the journey of the past year.
We worked hand in hand with Repsol to deliver a creative event that exceeded attendees’ expectations. All together, dressed in chef jackets embroidered with the three Repsol suns, we gathered in an auditorium transformed for the occasion: a kitchen where everyone had a seat at the table. With Alberto Chicote as the icing on the cake, the entire team left motivated and eager to do it again.
Considering the dates, many employees were out of the office. We didn’t want them to miss this opportunity, so it was broadcast via streaming. We also encouraged engagement through a contest where they shared their favorite recipe. An impressive setup that managed to unite the entire team.
