Leaders Meeting
Once a year, Coca-Cola workers from Africa gather at the ECCBC Leaders Meeting. For this event, a virtual space was needed to remove geographical barriers and strengthen team unity. Through conferences, virtual meetings, content repositories, games and much more, the team had the opportunity to learn more about diversity and commitment.

A meeting designed to increase visibility and celebrate the differences that make us unique
Thanks to this online convention, the talents of all participants overcame their differences, learning from all their peers.
For this project, we developed a self-managed platform equipped with an intuitive control panel, allowing customization of the experience by adding content and features.
Furthermore, we wanted employees to fully immerse themselves in the experience, so we implemented a 3D fair with interaction points that invited exploring videos, conferences, talks, documentation, quizzes and much more.
To encourage participation, we offered rewards to the users who interacted the most with the platform, thus increasing engagement.
